Roanoke’s official description says players can buy and spawn up to five houses and trailers. That is useful confirmation of the advertised housing scale, but it does not explain whether the count is per player, per property type, per save, or per server. It also does not publish locations, prices, furnishing, permissions, storage, despawn rules, or persistence. Read the current property interface before planning around any of those details.
Find and evaluate a property
Open the live housing or property interface and record the exact property name, type, location cue, price, access requirement, and available action. Use the game’s current labels. Do not replace a fictional Roanoke listing with the name or price of a real Virginia property.
Visit the site before buying if the game allows it. Check road access, turning room, guest parking, trailer clearance, and distance from the job or event you want to run. A visually appealing house may be inconvenient for a large car meet or delivery scene.

Understand the “up to five” claim
Treat five as the creator’s current advertised upper bound, not as proof that every new player can instantly place five of any property. After obtaining one property, test how the interface counts it. Add one property at a time and watch for slot, category, or server messages.
If houses and trailers share a total, record that. If there are separate limits, record the exact live wording. If you cannot reproduce five active properties in your state, do not call the description false; there may be an access or save condition you have not verified.
Host a house meetup
Send guests a recognizable location and designate parking before they arrive. Keep the main road, driveway exit, and neighboring spawn areas open. Place show vehicles so one player can leave without everyone moving.
Choose a short schedule: arrival, property tour, vehicle display, one optional drive, and departure. A scene with an ending is easier to join than an indefinite crowd. If a host needs to change the property, tell guests before despawning it.
For family, roommate, or delivery scenes, agree on who can enter, what rooms or areas are in scope, and how a guest signals arrival. Do not claim a door-lock, ownership-transfer, or furnishing mechanic unless the live UI exposes it.
Houses and trailers with vehicles
The creator mentions houses and trailers together, but the wording does not establish whether “trailers” means residential property trailers, towable cargo trailers, or both in every context. Preserve the exact in-game category you see. For cargo hauling, use the Trucking guide and confirm hitch compatibility independently.
Test a property’s vehicle access at low speed. Large emergency or heavy-duty vehicles need wider turns and more braking room. If the entrance catches a trailer, choose a different staging point rather than forcing repeated collisions around guests.
For a car meet, publish any vehicle-class or tuning rule in advance. The Racing guide includes a meet planner, while Vehicles explains how to record current names and access without inventing statistics.
Purchase and save safety
Read every price and confirmation message before spending. Public sources do not describe a universal refund, resale, property transfer, or save rule. Keep a screenshot of the listing, current balance, and confirmation for a valuable purchase.
After obtaining a property, test spawn and despawn once in a quiet server. Rejoin and inspect the saved list before assuming it persists. If a property disappears, confirm the same account, slot, and server state, then rejoin once. Avoid buying it again until you know whether the list failed to load.
Shared-server etiquette
Do not place or park in ways that block jobs, emergency response, race routes, or another player’s active property entrance. Ask before treating a nearby house as part of your scene. If the server has community property rules, distinguish them from the base game’s mechanics.
Public chat should not include real addresses or personal information. Use the fictional in-game landmark. Roblox safety rules apply even when players are acting as residents, buyers, or delivery drivers.
What still needs live testing
Property names, types, map locations, prices, access gates, the exact five-slot interpretation, house-versus-trailer counting, interaction prompts, guest permissions, vehicle storage, furnishing, despawn behavior, persistence, refunds, and server-specific rules all require current verification. Date any property index and leave unsupported fields blank.
