Roanoke’s creator currently names cargo hauling, mail delivery, firefighting, street patrol, racing, and the RoRide app as playable activities. A historical 2026 creator description also announced a repo job with a tow-truck winch. The public sources do not provide stable job locations, wage tables, cooldowns, or every access requirement, so this hub compares jobs by the decisions you can verify in the live build.

The best job is the one your account can start, complete, and repeat with low downtime. A large single payout can lose to a smaller route if you spend most of the session driving empty, waiting for an event, or recovering from failure.

Start any job cleanly

Open the current job or team interface and read the complete entry before spawning equipment. Identify the start control, required vehicle or team, current objective, and visible completion state. If a pass or level is shown, check whether it gates the job itself or only a vehicle category.

Record Cash and visible XP before accepting the first assignment. Begin your timer before traveling to the start. Finish one full objective and wait for the reward or completion message. Abandoning halfway does not tell you whether the loop is profitable or how it resets.

After completion, note where the next assignment begins. A job with a good payout but a long empty return can underperform in a full session. Test three clean loops before comparing it with another activity.

Choose by play style

Pick trucking if you enjoy deliberate routes, large vehicles, and trailer positioning. It can reward map knowledge but punishes missed turns and poor setup. Pick mail delivery if you want repeated short navigation decisions and a route that teaches neighborhoods. Pick RoRide if passenger-style pickup and drop-off variety suits you.

Pick firefighting when emergency response and coordinated roleplay matter as much as the payout. Access can involve a team, vehicle category, equipment, or pass, so verify each gate. Pick repo work only after confirming it remains active in the current version; its strongest public evidence comes from an earlier 2026 creator description rather than the current one.

Street patrol and racing are creator-listed activities but belong primarily to Roleplay and Racing here. They can still contribute Cash or XP if the current UI shows it.

Find your own best job

Use equal 20-minute sessions. Record net Cash, visible XP change, completed tasks, failed tasks, empty driving, waiting, required purchases, and bonuses. Keep VIP and non-VIP results separate. The official VIP pass promises doubled paycheck payout and a 50% racing bonus, not a universal multiplier for every job.

Calculate success rate before money per minute. A route you finish nine times out of ten can be better than one you finish twice out of five. Re-test after the creator moves a job, changes a vehicle, or updates tuning.

The Money Guide provides the comparison method. It intentionally does not name a permanent winner because Roanoke’s public sources do not publish equal-condition payout data.

Fix common job failures

If an objective does not advance, return to the last visible marker and check whether you accepted the assignment, brought the correct vehicle, collected the required item, or entered the full delivery zone. Read the status before resetting.

If the job disappears after an update, join a fresh server and check the creator description or official community announcement. Do not purchase a pass solely to make a missing marker appear. If a vehicle remains locked after a pass purchase, remember that several category passes still require in-game Cash for each vehicle.

If other players block a public route, include that delay in your earning comparison. Private or quiet servers may produce cleaner tests, but those results describe a different environment.

Job data that still needs current testing

Exact start locations, vehicle and tool requirements, level or pass gates, payout values, XP, cooldowns, route counts, failure conditions, and availability must be recorded in the live version. Share results with the test date, server context, account bonuses, and full loop time.
